Founded by Jade and Alix, with a friendship that goes back over 17 years and 6 kids between them, they are self-confessed birth geeks and are on a mission to cut through all the birthing bull and make Hypnobirthing accessible to everyone.
They are passionate about empowering expectant parents with the tools & knowledge they need to have their baby their way. Over the past 5 years they have trained over 150 hypnobirthing instructors across the UK and educated thousands of expectant parents through their in-person courses and online digital hypnobirthing pack. The digital pack is currently available in the UK and US.

Together, we're on a mission to train individuals to become fearless Hypnobirthing instructors and kickass doulas.
Let's rewind and spill the tea on our story. Jade and Alix here, two friends who met during our rebellious emo phase back in the day. We're talking fringes bigger than our dreams and rocking it on MySpace and MSN like nobody's business. But little did we know, our paths would cross again in the most unexpected way.
Fast forward a few years, and we found ourselves knocked up with our second babies at the same damn time. Coincidence? We think not. As we bonded over pregnancy, birth, and the challenges of motherhood, we discovered a shared passion for Hypnobirthing. And let's be real, we were skeptical as fuck at first. We had visions of vaginas opening up like fucking rosebuds, and that just didn't sit right with us.
But guess what? We decided to give Hypnobirthing a shot before our second births, and holy shit, we were mind-blown. Turns out, Hypnobirthing is the real deal – evidence-based science, not some airy fairy bullshit. It gives you the knowledge and tools to take control of your body, your birth, and your damn destiny. And that's when the fire was lit within us.
So, we became certified Hypnobirthing instructors and started teaching expectant parents how to own their births like the badass warriors they are. The love and appreciation we received from our clients were mind-blowing. We realized we were onto something extraordinary.
In 2022, Terri, our doula extraordinaire, joined our squad. She brought her badass doula skills and unwavering passion for birth to the table. With Terri by our side, we expanded our horizons and started training aspiring doulas to join our rebellious movement. We wanted to create a tribe of birth warriors who would change the birth landscape forever and have a ripple effect on the entire fucking world.
